Property Manager

Full-Time Position

All-Bright Real Estate is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a full-time Property Manager.

All-Bright Real Estate is a small, established real estate and property management company that has been in business for over 50 years. We manage residential rental properties and condominium associations throughout the Greater Boston area. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of property management.

Property management or real estate experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who is dependable, professional, organized, and eager to learn.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential rental properties and condominium associations
• Communicate professionally with property owners, condominium trustees, residents, tenants, and vendors
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding property-related matters
• Conduct regular property inspections and site visits
• Meet contractors and vendors at properties and provide access when necessary
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, property turnovers, and unit inspections
• Obtain proposals and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
• Follow up with vendors to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
• Prepare and distribute building notices and other resident communications
• Maintain organized property records, invoices, contracts, and documentation
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and property-related financial records
• Assist with condominium association meetings, budgets, financial matters, and ongoing projects
• Respond to property emergencies and coordinate appropriate vendors when necessary
• Assist with rental listings, leasing, and other real estate activities as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple properties, projects, and ongoing issues
• A professional and customer-service-oriented approach
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn property management software
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating with a small team
• The ability to take ownership of issues and follow them through to completion
• Property management, real estate, construction, maintenance, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred, but not required

Transportation Required

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position. The Property Manager will travel to properties throughout the Greater Boston area for inspections, maintenance coordination, contractor meetings, property access, emergencies, and other property-related responsibilities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,500.00 per year
