Master Assistant – Purchasing & General Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Rate: $25 - $30 an hour (based on experience)

About The Real Autograph

The Real Autograph is a rapidly growing live-commerce company specializing in authenticated sports memorabilia, sneakers, trading cards, collectibles, and mystery products.

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Master Assistant to support both our General Manager and Purchasing Department. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to jump between different tasks and departments as needed.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days will necessarily look the same. The right candidate will be comfortable working with inventory, products, purchasing, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational tasks.

ResponsibilitiesGeneral Management Support

• Provide day-to-day support to the General Manager with various operational tasks and projects
• Help build, assemble, organize, and prepare products and materials as needed
• Identify and solve problems independently whenever possible
• Use strong critical-thinking skills to determine the best solution to operational issues
• Assist with special projects and tasks across the business
• Take initiative and identify areas where additional support is needed
• Help keep operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly

Purchasing Support

• Assist the Purchasing Department with day-to-day purchasing and administrative tasks
• Help track products, materials, and inventory
• Assist with receiving, organizing, counting, and verifying products
• Help maintain accurate counts and inventory records
• Assist with product preparation and organization
• Communicate with team members regarding product needs and inventory levels
• Help identify discrepancies and resolve inventory or purchasing issues

Product & Inventory Responsibilities

• Count and verify inventory accurately
• Pick and organize trading cards and other products
• Assist with soccer jersey inventory and organization
• Build and prepare products for sale, shipping, or livestreams
• Sort, organize, and stage products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other hands-on warehouse and product-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to accurately count and handle inventory
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physical tasks
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shift between responsibilities
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge or interest in sports, trading cards, soccer jerseys, or memorabilia is a plus
• Former athletes are strongly encouraged to apply
