Hourly Pay Range:
$30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
- Position: Recruiter
- Location: Endeavor Health Corporate Office (Skokie, Warrenville or Arlington Heights) IL - Flexible
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5:00pm
- Required Travel: Periodic travel between Endeavor Health locations and job fairs
As a recruiter on the talent acquisition team, you will provide full-cycle recruiting support across the Endeavor Health system, partnering with both clinical and non-clinical teams to attract and hire top talent. This position offers the opportunity to support hiring needs in a dynamic healthcare environment while helping ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.
What you will do:
- Research, plan and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies for a variety of healthcare positions across Endeavor Health
- Develop, facilitate and execute all phases of the full life cycle recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify ideal candidate profiles
- Assist with job posting and advertising activities
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring leaders
- Manage the offer process utilizing salary ranges, candidate experience and internal equity
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, regulations and company policies
- Initiate pre-boarding activities
- Attend and participate in job fairs and other related strategy planning activities
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Experience: 3+ years recruitment experience in healthcare setting or relevant experience
- Skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of Workday Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
