Who's Hiring

Recruiter Jobs in Fort Worth: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a recruiter job in Fort Worth?
Fort Worth's strongest hiring comes from its defense and aerospace contractors near the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, large healthcare systems in the medical district, and financial services firms downtown. Candidates with experience sourcing for technical, clinical, or government-contract roles get the most callbacks. Familiarity with the Alliance corridor's logistics and manufacturing employers also opens doors that purely corporate recruiting backgrounds don't.
Which companies hire recruiters in Fort Worth?
Employers hiring recruiters in Fort Worth right now include Thrive Therapies, Disability Services of the Southwest, and IREN, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Fort Worth's market skews toward large institutional employers, defense contractors, and regional healthcare systems, all of which tend to maintain in-house recruiting teams rather than relying exclusively on staffing agencies.
Are there remote recruiter jobs in Fort Worth?
Yes, though it depends heavily on the role. About 17% of recruiter openings tied to Fort Worth are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with the flexibility concentrated in corporate talent acquisition roles rather than agency or on-site HR positions. High-volume healthcare and defense roles in Fort Worth more often require in-person or on-site presence due to credentialing and security requirements.
How can I get a recruiter job in Fort Worth with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Fort Worth is a recruiting coordinator or HR assistant role at one of the city's large healthcare systems, such as Texas Health Resources or Cook Children's, which regularly hire junior talent acquisition staff. Staffing agencies along the I-35 corridor also hire entry-level recruiters and provide hands-on volume training fast. A background in healthcare administration, logistics coordination, or military HR from the NASJRB community gives candidates a meaningful edge over general applicants.
