Recruiter Jobs in Irving: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a recruiter job in Irving?
Focus on the corporate campuses in Las Colinas and along the Telecom Corridor, where financial services firms, technology companies, and healthcare organizations run the most active talent acquisition teams. Candidates with full-cycle recruiting experience and familiarity with high-volume or technical hiring stand out. Networking through Irving and Las Colinas Chamber events and targeting in-house roles at Irving's large regional headquarters gives you a concrete edge in this market.
Which companies hire recruiters in Irving?
Irving recruiter roles are posted by Corporate Hospitality Housing, CMC, and Gartner and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Irving draws a high concentration of corporate headquarters and regional operations centers, so most openings are in-house talent acquisition roles rather than agency positions.
Are there remote recruiter jobs in Irving?
Yes, and recruiting is one of the more remote-adaptable roles since most of the work happens over phone, video, and applicant tracking systems. About 34% of recruiter openings tied to Irving are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly distributed Irving's employer base has become. Sourcing and screening functions tend to be the most remote-eligible, while onboarding coordination and campus hiring often require an in-person presence.
How can I get a recruiter job in Irving with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Irving is through a recruiting coordinator or HR assistant role at one of the corporate headquarters in Las Colinas, where large talent teams regularly promote from within. Staffing agencies with Irving offices also hire entry-level recruiters and train on the job. Building familiarity with applicant tracking systems and getting reps in high-volume screening, even through internships, positions you for a full recruiter role faster than most lateral paths.
