INTRODUCTION
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a growing Talent Acquisition team by recruiting top talent for professional and hard-to-fill positions across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to manage the recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and deliver high-quality talent. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience, excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from intake through candidate submission.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and sourcing plans.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and provide hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to achieve hiring goals and improve recruiting processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of Corporate Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong experience recruiting professional and hard-to-fill positions.
- Hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience conducting intake meetings, candidate interviews, and hiring manager consultations.
- Strong passive sourcing and Boolean search experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
