Regional Manager will be responsible and accountable for performance of 5 assigned restaurants in SE New Mexico & El Paso TX regions initially growing to planned multi store developments in the near future.

This job offers market competitive salary with bonus.

A strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Operations, Finance, Marketing & customer relations is required.

Effective interpersonal skills, including building effective work relationships, communication, coaching and developing leadership talent must have.

REQUIREMENTS

• excellent leadership qualities
• maximize operational, financial performance & profit for all designated stores
• maintain communication and reporting with Director of Operations/ Multi Unit Manager
• ensure business practices are within law and consistent with our brand policies and procedures
• provide guidance/coaching to restaurant managers to achieve short and long term goals
• identifying training needs and assign relevant teams for execution of training
• oversees hiring / terminating / training / performance reviews of employees in designated regions
• valid Driver's License required
• must submit to a background check
