American Armor Gloves is hiring its first VA Regional Sales Representatives to build out a dedicated sales function for VA healthcare accounts. This is a new sales team, not a new company — AAG has spent years developing the manufacturing capacity, quality systems, and early government relationships this role is built to take advantage of.
The Opportunity
This is a new role, but it isn't a cold start. AAG has already done much of the groundwork required to sell into government and VA healthcare: compliant manufacturing, a quality system built for regulated buyers, and early relationships with VA stakeholders. What hasn't existed until now is a dedicated sales representative to develop that opportunity fully within an assigned VA region. You'll be one of the first five or six people to hold this role, working from an established foundation rather than starting from nothing.
What You'll Own
- Sales development and account management for VA facilities, CBOCs, and healthcare systems within your assigned region.
- Relationships with the people who make purchasing decisions — Chiefs of Logistics, procurement leads, and clinical stakeholders.
- A territory pipeline you build and manage yourself, from first contact through closed business, navigating VA purchasing processes along the way.
- Ongoing account growth, including new facility penetration and deeper relationships within your region.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Government or VA sales experience — required. You should already understand how these purchasing processes work.
- Existing relationships within VA healthcare systems — preferred. It's a specific, relationship-driven network, and prior experience in it shortens the learning curve.
- Comfort managing a defined territory independently, with real ownership over how you prioritize and run it.
- Strong follow-through and CRM discipline, since accurate pipeline and forecast tracking is a core part of the role, not an afterthought.
Compensation & Growth
Base salary plus commission, structured to be competitive with current market data for government and federal healthcare sales roles, with uncapped upside as your territory develops. As AAG's government sales team grows, there is a defined path forward — into senior territory roles, national account management, and eventually broader federal healthcare opportunities beyond the VA.

Regional Sales Representative Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a regional sales representative in Massachusetts?
Most regional sales representative roles in Massachusetts require a bachelor's degree, typically in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, though no state-issued license is mandated for general sales work. Employers in medical device and pharmaceutical sales often expect candidates to complete company-sponsored product training and may look for industry certifications. Building familiarity with Massachusetts's dominant sectors, particularly life sciences, technology, and financial services, and demonstrating measurable results in a previous sales or account management role is the most reliable path to getting hired.
Which companies hire regional sales representatives in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts regional sales representative roles are posted by Jobot, Milton Cat, and Noraxon USA and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Massachusetts's concentration of biotech, medical device, and enterprise technology companies means hiring is broad and consistent throughout the year.
Which Massachusetts cities have the most regional sales representative jobs?
Boston, Milford, and Marlborough lead Massachusetts for regional sales representative openings. Boston drives the largest share of listings given its density of life sciences headquarters, financial institutions, and technology firms, while Worcester and Cambridge attract openings tied to their research hospitals, university-affiliated biotech companies, and medical device manufacturers that require dedicated territory coverage.
Are there remote regional sales representative jobs in Massachusetts?
Yes, but they're limited. Regional sales representative work is inherently field-based, requiring in-person client visits, product demonstrations, and territory management across accounts. About 75% of regional sales representative openings tied to Massachusetts are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those arrangements typically apply to administrative, reporting, or inside sales components of the role rather than the core territory responsibilities.
How can I get hired as a regional sales representative in Massachusetts with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is landing a sales development representative or inside sales associate role at a Massachusetts life sciences, SaaS, or medical device company and transitioning to a regional territory once you have proven quota attainment. Large Massachusetts employers like Thermo Fisher Scientific and Boston Scientific run structured sales associate programs designed for candidates without direct field experience. Moving from adjacent roles in account coordination, clinical support, or laboratory sales at a local distributor also provides a credible stepping stone that Massachusetts hiring managers recognize.
Where can I find and apply to regional sales representative jobs in Massachusetts?
You can find and apply to regional sales representative jobs in Massachusetts on Migrate Mate, which lists current Massachusetts openings updated regularly. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your territory experience, industry background, and target employers, and apply directly to the positions that fit your profile.
