The opportunity
Rodizio Grill is hiring an owner of corporate event sales at HQ, and we’re building the role as a player/coach with revenue-operations skills.
Event sales have been growing 20 percent YOY. Inbound and repeat event sales business carry almost all that growth, and many strong managers run their locations well. What the business needs is a full-time owner to capture what those managers do best, turn it into shared documentation, process, and reporting, and run all locations to the same standard.
The opportunity is to take a proven inbound motion, build the SOPs, dashboards, and standards underneath it, stand up an outbound motion that barely exists today, and own the whole process end to end, from first inquiry to booked-and-executed event. You also get offshore help to execute and a CEO who wants event sales to quickly grow.
The role
Own and scale corporate event sales across Rodizio Grill's locations. Build the operating system (the tech stack, the SOPs, the reporting, and the standards) so the business grows without booking or quality errors, stand up a resourced outbound motion alongside the strong inbound one, and hold the team to a clear, measured standard. This is a player-coach role: you lead and build the function and you personally run one location's event book, but your primary mandate is building and leadership, not a full seller's load.
What you will own
- The operating system (SOPs and process). Design and document the full inquiry-to-booked-and-executed workflow as repeatable SOPs for both inbound and outbound. Standardize templates, cadences, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene across every location so the process stops living in two people's heads and the forecast becomes trustworthy.
- The tech stack (systems owner and builder). Own and administer the go-to-market stack end to end: CRM (technology still TBD), Tripleseat (system of record for event sales), Apollo.io, a unified call/text tool, and AI solutions. Configure pipelines, lead routing, custom properties, workflow automations, and the integrations between them.
- Inbound: speed-to-lead. Build the routing and response standard so no inbound inquiry goes cold or leaks between locations.
- Outbound: build it in-house. Stand up cold outbound from scratch on dedicated sending domains: manage deliverability (monitoring bounce and spam rates), define the ideal customer profile, and build multi-touch sequences by occasion.
- Measurement and accountability. Build the dashboards and scorecards that make performance visible: speed-to-lead, inquiry-to-booked conversion, revenue by event type, and pipeline health.
-
Team leadership and training. Lead the roughly ten local event-sales managers plus the 1-2 offshore employees.

Revenue Operations Lead Jobs in Utah: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a revenue operations lead in Utah?
Most revenue operations leads in Utah move into the role from sales operations, business analyst, or marketing operations positions after building hands-on CRM and data experience. Utah does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers along the Wasatch Front typically look for a bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field combined with demonstrated experience managing revenue systems. Earning a Salesforce administrator certification strengthens a candidate's profile significantly with the SaaS-heavy employers concentrated in the Lehi and Salt Lake City corridor.
Which companies hire revenue operations leads in Utah?
Utah revenue operations lead roles are posted by Lucid Software, Adobe, and SoniqCX and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Utah's concentration of high-growth technology and SaaS companies means demand is especially consistent in the Silicon Slopes area stretching from Lehi to Salt Lake City.
Which Utah cities have the most revenue operations lead jobs?
Salt Lake City, Lehi, and Utah have the most revenue operations lead openings in Utah. Salt Lake City leads because of its density of enterprise technology and financial services firms, while Provo and Lehi are driven by the Silicon Slopes cluster of SaaS and software companies that have made the area one of the most active technology employment corridors in the Intermountain West.
Are there remote revenue operations lead jobs in Utah?
Yes, and more than most fields. Revenue operations is fundamentally an analytical and systems-management role that translates well to remote work. About 100% of revenue operations lead openings tied to Utah are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how broadly Utah's technology employers have adopted flexible arrangements. Pipeline analytics, CRM administration, and reporting work are the functions most consistently offered on a fully remote basis.
How can I get hired as a revenue operations lead in Utah with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is starting as a sales operations analyst or CRM administrator at one of Utah's mid-size SaaS companies, where smaller teams create broad exposure to the full revenue stack quickly. Companies like Adobe, Qualtrics, and the many growth-stage software firms in Lehi regularly post associate-level operations and business analyst roles that serve as direct pipelines to revenue operations positions. Earning a Salesforce administrator certification before applying gives candidates with limited experience a concrete, employer-recognized credential that offsets the experience gap.
Where can I find and apply to revenue operations lead jobs in Utah?
