- 3 12 hour shifts weekly
- 7pm-7am
- Weekend rotation
Pay Range
$38.20 - $57.30
Where You Will Work:
The float staff provide flexible, skilled nursing care across multiple units (primarily acute care and intermediate level care) within High Point Medical Center, stepping in to support staffing needs and maintain safe patient care. They adapt quickly to different patient populations, workflows, and clinical environments while upholding hospital standards and best practices.
We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- NIHSS required
- 2 years of RN experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
