Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging coding and robotics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment

- Incorporate outdoor work experience when applicable, utilizing outdoor spaces for hands-on robotics projects
- Facilitate youth group activities that promote teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity
- Follow first aid protocols and operate AED (Automated External Defibrillator) equipment in case of emergencies
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and activity participation
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative curriculum materials aligned with youth development programs
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or camp settings is highly desirable
- Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to motivate young learners
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies
- Experience in teaching STEM subjects, coding, or robotics is preferred
- Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and first aid protocols is required or willing to obtain prior to start
- Background in special education or experience working with children with diverse needs is a plus
