Supporting the Regional Director of Sales
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Assistant to support the Regional Director of Sales in executing regional sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with the Regional Director of Sales to implement regional sales plans, communicate with potential clients, finalize contracts, respond to emails and host property tours for prospects.
· Build and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects, and business partners.
· Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to improve execution and customer satisfaction.
· Maintaining records of contracts, deposits, payments, etc.
Qualifications:
· Previous sales and administration experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
· Ability to analyze performance data, set priorities, and manage multiple deadlines.
Success in This Role:
· Professional communication with clients
· Prompt responses with accurate information
· Timely completion of bookings and contracts
· Strong customer retention and new-business development.
· Strong work attendance and commitment to role
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
