Responsibilities and Duties
The position is responsible for:
-Assisting our sales offices with navigating the procedures for application boarding and account maintenance with our processing partners
-Preparing and disseminating reports
-Preparing and distributing updates and announcements
-Coordinating training sessions for new products and enhancements
-Providing training for new sales offices
-Maintaining/updating internal reference documents
Qualifications and Skills
Important Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Attentive to details, organized, self-motivated and courteous. Efficient in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service and support. Experience in payment processing is a plus but not required. Candidates will be required to pass a background check.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
