Sales Operations Analyst Jobs in Delaware: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales operations analyst in Delaware?
The typical path starts with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field, since Delaware has no state-issued license or registration specific to this role. Most Delaware employers then look for hands-on experience with CRM systems and data tools, which candidates can build through internships, finance rotations, or business analyst roles. Certifications in Salesforce administration or data analytics strengthen applications at financial services and pharmaceutical firms based in Wilmington and Newark.
Which companies hire sales operations analysts in Delaware?
Companies currently hiring sales operations analysts in Delaware include JPMorganChase, Walgreens, and Amazon, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Delaware's concentration of financial services headquarters and specialty pharmaceutical firms means demand tends to be steady at mid-size and large corporate operations teams based in and around Wilmington.
Which Delaware cities have the most sales operations analyst jobs?
Wilmington, Newark, and New Castle account for the largest share of sales operations analyst openings in Delaware. Wilmington drives the volume as the state's corporate and financial hub, home to major bank headquarters and insurance operations, while Newark benefits from proximity to the University of Delaware and the technology and biotech firms clustered along the Route 1 corridor.
Are there remote sales operations analyst jobs in Delaware?
Yes, and more than most fields, since sales operations work is largely desk-based and data-driven. About 28% of sales operations analyst openings tied to Delaware are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how well the role transfers to distributed teams. Forecasting, CRM administration, and reporting work are the functions most frequently offered on a fully remote basis by Delaware employers.
How can I get hired as a sales operations analyst in Delaware with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a business analyst, sales coordinator, or data analyst role at one of Delaware's large financial services or pharmaceutical employers, then moving laterally once you have CRM and reporting experience. Companies like JPMorgan Chase and Incyte run rotational and associate programs that place early-career candidates in operations support roles where sales analytics exposure is built on the job. Completing a Salesforce administrator certification before applying gives candidates a concrete, portfolio-ready credential that Delaware hiring managers consistently value.
Where can I find and apply to sales operations analyst jobs in Delaware?
You can find and apply to sales operations analyst jobs in Delaware on Migrate Mate, which lists current Delaware openings updated regularly. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
