Whether it's a contractor building a work truck, a family preparing for an adventure, or a business outfitting an entire fleet, our team delivers an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Albuquerque team as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative.
This is more than a retail counter position. You'll become a trusted advisor who helps customers find the right solutions while building long-term relationships that keep them coming back.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Learn customer needs and recommend products and services
- Prepare professional estimates and quotes
- Schedule installation appointments
- Follow up with customers on open estimates and previous purchases
- Build relationships with repeat customers and fleet accounts
- Coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project flow
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Work with vendors to verify product availability and lead times
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and inviting
- Continuously learn about new products and vehicle applications
