About the Role:
As a CBRE Sourcing Manager, you'll be responsible forsourcing, negotiating, and managing service provider for outsourced services.You will also assist a client or department with the development and executionof sourcing and procurement strategies for a large manufacturing client.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They areresponsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials fromvendors and suppliers.
Some travel will be required.

What You’ll Do:
Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation.
Analyze business forecasts, market trends, and general business conditions to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization strategies; provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver sustainable spend savings and achieve annual glidepath savings targets.
Lead supplier relationship management activities, including planning and facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monitoring supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor, promote, and ensure compliance with client business principles, corporate policies, and ethical standards across supplier engagements and procurement activities.
Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of agreement status throughout the contract process.
Recommend, develop, and propose administrative procedures and policies that enhance relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
Review purchase order data, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Audit to review discrepancies.
Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services (hard & soft services).
Review the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results.
Manage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations to review vendor performance.
Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them.
Assist with creating RTFs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sourcing Manager role is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sourcing Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
