We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced hospitality environment while gaining exposure to multi-property hotel accounting operations.

What You’ll Do
As a Corporate Staff Accountant, you will support the financial operations of multiple hotel properties and assist with month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned hotel properties
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and reclasses
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax filings
- Support accounts receivable research and discrepancy resolution
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with external audits and financial reporting requests
- Collaborate with hotel operations teams and corporate departments
- Support process improvements and special accounting projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Hospitality, multi-entity, or multi-location accounting experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial information
