This position is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in the onboarding process.

- Utilizes various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conducts initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural add.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Provides timely feedback to candidates and ensures a positive candidate experience.
- Prepares job offers and navigates upfront offer discussions with candidates.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Communicates effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensures a smooth transition for new employees and addresses any onboarding-related questions.
- Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Zero (0) plus years of experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
Salary: $46,000 - $48,000
