- Advise on fund and management company structures to keep them tax-efficient
- Own the partnership tax work, including K-1s and K-3s for US and non-US funds
- Build long-term client relationships and present complex positions in plain terms
- Lead and develop the team, and help price and negotiate engagements
- Move the practice further into automation, data analytics and visualisation tools
- 10+ years of recent US tax experience in professional services
- Strong financial services client experience in funds, private equity, asset management or insurance
- Partnership tax knowledge and a solid grasp of alternative investment strategies and vehicles
- US CPA or Enrolled Agent
