Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA required; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive tax experience in corporate or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Experience with tax planning, compliance, audits, and indirect taxes.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and advisory skills.
- Experience with SOX/internal controls preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and external advisors effectively.
