Within PSS, Technical Risk Management (TRM) is comprised of several business pillars with a shared goal of driving compliance and risk reduction for Google. A key component of this is Technical Risk Engineering, which provides technical solutions to enable compliance, risk management, privacy, and data governance at scale using modern frameworks that unlock velocity and innovation.
The TRM GTM team serves as the critical first-line sales and strategic orchestration layer for the TRM platform and product portfolio. As a member of the GTM team, you will drive impact across several core focus areas like portfolio selling and acquisition, strategic business insights and value expansion, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data onboarding and consulting, customer engagement and success, adoption and change management.The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. - Contribute to the development and refinement of GTM strategies, providing insights based on program execution, platform telemetry and customer feedback.
- Leverage deep product and customer understanding to guide customer engagement and expansion efforts, driving significant client acquisition and adoption.
- Engage with clients post go-live to verify they are achieving their desired outcomes and realizing the full potential of the platform. Gather feedback to inform product improvements.
- Be prepared to guide and support users through the transition to the new product.
- Leverage AI fluency to identify, design, and implement autonomous agentic workflows that scale GTM operations automating pipeline management, accelerating data onboarding, and optimizing proactive customer outreach.
