Amusement Connect LLC is a provider of technology in the Arcade and Amusement Industry. Our primary objective is to improve the player experience in the arcade. By focusing on the player experience, our customers will be able to operate more efficiently and at higher profit-making us a better technology partner. We provide technology and hardware solutions to locations and amusement equipment owners to run the arcades more intelligently, with less resources, and with data to make informed decisions. Our solutions interface with arcade/amusement industry equipment to eliminate the typical dis-satisfiers within an arcade and to give real-time information to the arcade owners of performance, alert to potential problems, and to connect people in arcade spaces to an even more fun experience.
We are growing rapidly globally, and need additional resources and talent to help with that growth.
We are currently seeking an Arcade Technical Support Rep to assist with the following:
- Provide level 1 call line support to customers. Shifts can include week days and weekends. Evenings and weekends required.
- Training for this shift will be Mon-Friday 5x8 hour shifts
- Shifts will be 4x10's Sun- Wed
The Ideal Candidate will have the following,
- 1 year windows operating system experience, Preferred Windows 10
- 1 year computer hardware experience or CompTIA A+ certification
- Excellent communication skills - enjoys talking with customers, and can write/document effectively using excel spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys electronics and understands basic computer applications
- Passion for Arcades - Video, Redemption, Pinball, etc
Preferred skills
- Technical call center or function IT helpdesk experience
- MS Office Experience
- Comfortable in Internet Browser
- Remote Desktop (TeamViewer) Experience
- 1 year basic network knowledge (i.e. workstation connectivity, TCP/IP, routers, access points, etc.) or CompTIA Network + certification
