JOB OVERVIEW
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments
- Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
- Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
- Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
- Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position primarily involves working sales appointments in the local market
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
DRIVING
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
