Key Responsibilities
- Assist the culinary team with food preparation for banquets, weddings, and special events
- Help with basic prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling salads, preparing garnishes, and portioning ingredients
- Support chefs with plating and finishing dishes during large event service
- Maintain clean and organized prep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas
- Assist with loading, transporting, and setting up food for banquet service
- Help restock kitchen supplies, ingredients, and service equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and banquet teams to keep service running smoothly
- Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, and resetting kitchen areas
- Jump in wherever needed during busy service periods

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to work on their feet and lift up to ~40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior kitchen, prep, or food service experience is helpful but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
