ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Managing due diligence
- Coordinating specialist review
- Supervising junior associates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Active member of the Bar in the state in which you will reside, or ability to waive in
- 2-6 years of corporate/M&A experience, with healthcare transactions experience strongly preferred
- In-office at least 3 business days per week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Private practice or law firm experience is preferred
- Private equity experience is a plus
- Candidates with relevant transactional experience from in-house roles will also be considered
The successful candidate will bring strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills, along with sound judgment, close attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced transactional environment. A strong academic background and immediately transferable corporate/M&A skills are essential.
