PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition & Member Employment, oversees GROWMARK’s recruiting marketing efforts through the development of web, print, social & digital content. Develops measurements and tracking methods to report on Recruiting KPI’s. Executes key talent acquisition projects and priorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Owns the recruiting social media strategy, including content calendar development, campaign execution, and performance tracking across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. Monitors and manages employer reputation on review platforms.

Manages Career Site Builder (RMK) module and serves as administrator to keep up to date content and changes as needed. Leads the design and strategic direction of external & internal company career pages for optimized user experience.

Leads the integration of the GROWMARK Employment Value Proposition (EVP) across all candidate touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging in job postings, career site content, social media, and recruiting collateral. Collaborates closely with the Field Recruiting team to cascade EVP messaging and associated resources throughout the GROWMARK System, ensuring alignment and consistency across all recruiting channels and audiences. Coordinates the design and implementation of internal and external recruiting collateral with internal marketing and design teams, utilizing a variety of media, including digital, social, web, and print.

Evaluates and reimagines the GROWMARK employment brand strategy across all candidate-facing platforms and recruiting tools.

Leads ongoing audits and assessments of brand consistency, messaging effectiveness, and visual identity across job boards, career sites, social media, and digital recruiting assets.

Collaborates with cross-functional HR & Communications teams for the development of recruiting marketing content and to ensure the organization’s culture message is consistently and appropriately shared internally and externally.

Develops and manages marketing campaigns driving awareness, interest, and consideration of opportunities within the GROWMARK System as an employer of choice.

Leads hiring managers, recruiters, and employees on effective use of social recruiting best practices; specifically, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and Snapchat.

Establishes marketing and communication strategies to engage and communicate open positions to existing talent pools.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and source effectiveness to influence future strategy.

Collaborates with marketing and communications teams to manage SEO strategy, ADA compliance and other actionable performance tracking.

Develops toolkits and training for recruiters and hiring managers on brand-aligned messaging, social media usage, and candidate engagement best practices.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing or business related field and at least 5 years of related experience.
Normally requires a professional human resources certification or the ability to obtain one within three years to demonstrate an advanced human resource knowledge base.
Normally requires an industry recognized HR data, business, analytics certification or ability to obtain one within one year to demonstrate an advanced analytics knowledge base.
Prefers experience with event/campaign management, content development, advertising, digital marketing strategies, and trend analysis.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
