Your Competitive Edge:

Base salary of $95,000 - $125,000 (annualized), paid bi-weekly.

Performance-based bonus of up to 15% of base salary annually.

Where You Make Your Mark:
The Broker Alliance Operations Director serves as the operational backbone of the Jet Access Broker Alliance platform, translating leadership vision into efficient, scalable execution across every dimension of the broker experience. This role drives the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that allows the platform to grow without friction, ensuring that brokers are onboarded quickly, supported consistently, and set up to produce. The Broker Alliance Operations Director directly shapes the platform's capacity to scale and the quality of experience that distinguishes Jet Access as the partner of choice for independent aviation brokers.
Broker Onboarding and Integration

Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new Broker Alliance brokers, with a focus on speed, professionalism, and operational readiness.

Coordinate onboarding workflows across technology, accounting, CRM setup, compliance, marketing, and training to ensure a seamless transition from signed agreement to active production.

Develop and maintain standardized onboarding procedures, documentation, and operational checklists that scale as broker volume grows.

Serve as the primary conduit between onboarding brokers and key internal personnel, resolving blockers and ensuring accountability across departments.

Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding process based on broker feedback, time-to-productivity metrics, and operational learnings.
Platform Operations and Process Excellence

Implement and execute the leadership vision for the continued growth and operational excellence of the Broker Alliance platform, translating strategy into day-to-day action.

Build and maintain scalable systems and operational processes that support rapid broker growth and long-term platform expansion.

Identify operational inefficiencies and drive solutions that improve workflow, communication, and execution across the platform.

Provide general oversight of platform operations to ensure consistency, accountability, and service excellence at every touchpoint.

Coordinate across departments to maintain alignment between operations, sales, accounting, marketing, and broker support functions.
Technology and Systems Management

Evaluate, implement, and improve technologies that enhance broker productivity and operational efficiency across the platform.

Work closely with internal and external technology partners to optimize the Broker Alliance technology stack and ensure systems remain current and effective.

Oversee enhancements and integrations related to Stack, Salesforce CRM, and other operational systems used by brokers and internal teams.

Identify and advance opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and better broker-facing technology solutions.

Ensure all platform systems are scalable, secure, and designed for an intuitive broker experience.
Accounting, Reconciliation, and Broker Payroll

Improve and maintain accounting processes related to trip reconciliation, commission tracking, and broker payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Partner closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of completed flights and associated payables.

Prioritize efficient broker payroll processes with a standing goal of paying brokers as quickly as possible following completed trips.

Develop operational controls and reporting systems that improve transparency, accountability, and financial visibility across the platform.

Streamline commission tracking and payout workflows to reduce friction and strengthen broker trust and satisfaction.
Marketing Support and Growth Initiatives

Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners to enhance the visibility and growth of the Broker Alliance platform and attract high-quality broker candidates.

Help develop and oversee marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified private aviation client leads for brokers and support overall platform revenue growth.

Oversee operational execution of marketing services offered to brokers, including CRM integration and migration of prospect and client databases into Stack and Salesforce.

Continuously evaluate new marketing tools, systems, and lead generation opportunities that strengthen the platform’s competitive position.

Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access’s continued growth and success.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, aviation management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.

Demonstrated operational management experience, preferably in private aviation, luxury services, brokerage platforms, or high-growth service organizations.

Proven ability to build, improve, and scale operational systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing CRM systems, technology implementations, and workflow automation; familiarity with Salesforce and Stack is a strong plus.

What the Days Look Like

Core schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the expectation of availability and responsiveness throughout the business day.

Days shift fluidly between operational oversight, cross-functional coordination, system management, and direct broker support; no two days are identical.
