What You’ll Do:
This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least three years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, and pastries. The expectation is that this person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.

- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Be fully flexible to rotate within different sub-departments of the culinary division or any other department where assigned.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in building an efficient team by actively caring for their well-being, safety, and development.
The position requires full flexibility regarding availability with weekends and holidays and is full-time with hours up to 40 hours/week.
This position’s hourly rate is $23.51/hr. This role is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards.
