Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Physician Liaison to support our growth and enhance partnerships within the healthcare community. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships to increase patient volumes, expand market presence, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and experience in business development, sales, or healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through B2B outreach, cold calling, networking, and community engagement
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, case managers, and other referral sources by demonstrating professionalism, industry knowledge, and accountability
- Execute regular outreach to secure new referrals and achieve growth goals for both new and existing accounts
- Ensure strong communication and responsive service for referring providers and their support teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate activity records within Insight’s CRM, tracking engagements and outcomes
- Stay informed on hospital departments, services, and programs to effectively promote offerings
- Collaborate closely with the Industry Relations Director to align strategies and address emerging needs
- Prioritize key accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and report insights to leadership

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities
- Effective project management, organization, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated attention to detail and proper stewardship of company resources
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and sensitivity to healthcare compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
