Sr Inspector
We are looking for a Sr Inspector to join our Exlar team! As our Sr Inspector you will perform a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products. You will be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, and work under minimal supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Hourly rate: $20.58 to $27.40

- Performs inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation.
- Prepares product verification documentation.
- Follows standard operating procedures for mechanical inspection, test operations, and product assurance.
- Communicates inspection results to cross-functional teams.
- Utilizes problem-solving skills to identify root causes of nonconformances and implement corrective action to prevent error recurrence.
- Proposes rework and repair activities to eliminate nonconforming conditions.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a US Person
- 5+ years of experience inspecting precision-machined components
- Ability to interpret blueprints and a thorough understanding of GD&T
- Demonstrated success with manual inspection tools and common mechanical inspection methods
- Experience with CMM programming a plus
