- Support internal communication efforts by providing clear updates on client statuses and project progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong background in client services, account management, or sales within an insurance and/or financial environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on relationship management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a cross-functional team setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
