We're seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead research for our internal back-office platforms, operational tools, and data-driven systems. You'll uncover user needs across complex workflows, translate insights into product direction, and help modernize the systems that power our business behind the scenes.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end research for back office and operational products
- Conduct mixed-methods studies to understand workflows, data needs, and system challenges
- Map processes, identify friction, and recommend improvements for internal tools
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to shape roadmaps
- Deliver insights that simplify complexity and guide modernization of legacy systems
- Present clear, actionable findings to influence strategy and design decisions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of UX research experience (internal tools or enterprise systems ideal)
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Ability to break down complex workflows and communicate insights clearly
- Experience partnering with cross-functional technical teams
- Comfortable working in data-rich, operations heavy environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with analytics platforms, SQL, or service design
- Background in wealth management, financial services or another regulated industry.

COMPENSATION
- 12 month contract with potential for hire
- $60-75/hr DOQ
