This is a "hands on" role for someone experienced with the plastic injection mold process that can lead our 2nd shift team.
General Responsibilities include:
- Performing press start-ups
- Trouble shoot/correct problems with presses
- Maintain data records and training in Epicor
- Assist with product flow and quality checks
- Work closely with production planning to establish production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to the customer
- Direct and supervise production workers
- Ability and willingness to learn other positions to be "backup" during vacancies or vacations

This role requires frequent movement, standing, bending & twisting throughout the shift. Team members may occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years hands on experience working in the plastic injection molding industry. Knows the injection molding process.
Requires resourcefulness, ability to trouble shoot presses and a willingness to learn and adhere to our company policies, practices, and procedures.

Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour
