How Will You Make a Difference?
By supporting our Trademark team with
- Preparing and filing documents required in the prosecution and maintenance of U.S. trademarks, using the U.S. PTO’s ETEAS filing system.
- Preparing and filing documents required in the prosecution and maintenance of Madrid-based filings with WIPO.
- Communicating with clients regarding requirements for filing applications, maintaining trademarks, and reviewing evidence of use required in connection with these trademark documents.
- Corresponding directly with foreign associates on routine trademark prosecution, opposition, cancellation, and/or maintenance.
- Handling or assisting on special projects as assigned, including copyright applications, customs recordation, UDRP actions, client website review and domain name registration.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- 3+ years’ experience as a Trademark Paralegal (or similar equivalent experience) with both U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution.
- Familiarity with TTAB proceedings, copyright filings and UDRP actions.
- Experience with worldwide trademark laws and procedures, including WIPO filings.
- Ability to meet the paralegal 1300 hour billing metric.
- Trained in conducting preliminary trademark searches.
- Ability to commute to the office 3 days per month.

Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay range is $37.76 – $51.79 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $73,639 – $100,992 annually.
