ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including cabins, docks, and common areas
- Maintain landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor amenities to ensure a pristine environment
- Conduct inspections of equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components, addressing issues proactively
- Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor events and activities
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met and maintained
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory supplies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repair techniques
- Ability to operate basic tools and maintenance equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
