Who You’ll Work With:
You will join the Private Alternatives Marketing team supporting AllianceBernstein’s (AB) growing Private Alternatives platform, which includes AB CarVal, AB Private Credit Investors, AB Commercial Real Estate Debt and AB Private Placements. The team partners closely with AB Private Alternatives capital formation, investor relations, business development, investment teams, and broader AB marketing and communications teams to develop investor-facing content and strategic marketing initiatives that support fundraising, platform positioning, platform growth and brand and reputation building.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, communications, investment strategy and capital formation, requiring strong collaboration across global and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, investor-ready marketing materials, including pitchbooks, presentations, fact sheets, case studies, website content, and other collateral supporting Private Alternatives strategies
- Support the evolution of the Private Alternatives platform narrative and ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and branding across AB CarVal, Private Credit Investors, Commercial Real Estate Debt and Private Placements
- Translate complex investment strategies, market insights, and fundraising priorities into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant messaging
- Engage directly with investment professionals to gather insights and incorporate market context into investor communications and marketing materials
- Contribute to thematic content and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce AB’s brand and competitive positioning in private alternatives
- Exercise independent judgment in shaping messaging, prioritizing content, and aligning materials with evolving fundraising needs
- Take ownership for content quality, including data accuracy, formatting precision, and narrative clarity across all deliverables
- Actively leverage all AB-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, quality and workflow execution
- Partner closely with investment, business development and capital formation teams to ensure materials accurately reflect strategy, performance, positioning and market developments
- Support distribution of digital assets and marketing content across marketing automation, file management, video production and hosting and social media platforms
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral libraries and ensure compliance approvals, documentation, and recordkeeping requirements are met
- Evaluate digital campaign effectiveness and track KPIs tied to fundraising support, engagement and campaign performance
- Support investor-facing events and marketing-driven initiatives aligned with fundraising priorities across Private Alternatives strategies
- Operate with strong execution discipline, responsiveness and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, content development or a related field, preferably within financial services or asset management
- Demonstrated experience creating investor-facing materials such as pitchbooks, presentations and financial marketing content
- Strong interest in credit investing, private markets and alternative investment asset classes
- Ability to understand investment concepts and translate them into clear, persuasive investor-friendly messaging
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect marketing initiatives to fundraising and business objectives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and presentation development skills and a keen eye for storytelling, layout and visual clarity
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities, maintaining follow-through, and operating with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Clear, proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing best practices and operational efficiency
- Experience with project management systems, digital marketing platforms, video hosting platforms and social media management tools is a plus
- Adaptable, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Willingness to travel as needed and commitment to continuous professional development

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards. In addition, AB provides a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick and vacation time off.
