INTRODUCTION

A24 is seeking a Senior FP&A Associate to join our Finance team. This role will provide critical support across financial planning, modeling, reporting, and capital raise processes, working closely with Accounting and business unit stakeholders to deliver the analysis leadership and our investors rely on. This role is based in our New York office.

INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support annual budget process, monthly/quarterly reporting, and ongoing re-forecasting, ensuring alignment between financial outcomes and business objectives.
- Build and maintain the company's consolidated operating model and investor model, refining the mechanics and structure as the business evolves.
- Support investor relations, including preparing materials, financial schedules, and ad hoc analyses.
- Act as the primary finance point of contact for the TV team, owning their budget and quarterly re-forecast and staying close enough to the business to flag developments that move the numbers.
- Own the dashboards, reporting architecture, and financial systems that give the company a single source of truth, using modern tooling (Pigment, Hex, Snowflake, Claude) to make reporting faster and more accurate.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and other business units to keep reporting reconciled, consistent, and easy to act on.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of relevant FP&A or finance experience. A background combining analytical rigor, investment banking, private equity, or similar, with time in an operating finance role is ideal.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and experience building and maintaining financial models, including full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Experience with planning and accounting systems such as Pigment, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Comfortable with, or eager to learn, modern data and AI tools such as Claude, Hex, and Snowflake.
- A self-starting problem solver who takes ownership beyond a narrow job description, and is comfortable jumping into ad hoc analysis and special projects as they arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and business unit teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION

Our target salary range for this role is between $110,000 to $135,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
