Which consulting companies sponsor E-3 visas in New Hampshire?
National consulting firms with New Hampshire offices, including Deloitte, Accenture, and Slalom, have documented E-3 sponsorship histories. Regional professional services firms supporting the state's defense, healthcare, and financial sectors also file Labor Condition Applications for consulting roles. Sponsorship patterns vary by firm size and client contract structure, so reviewing a company's OFLC Labor Condition Application filing history before applying gives a clearer picture than job postings alone.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is New Hampshire's primary hub for consulting work, with the largest concentration of professional services offices and corporate clients. Nashua follows closely, driven by its proximity to the Massachusetts border and a strong base of technology and defense companies that rely on external consultants. Portsmouth and Concord also have active consulting markets, particularly for firms serving state government agencies and healthcare organizations.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship applies to specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In consulting, this covers management consulting, IT strategy, cybersecurity advisory, financial consulting, human resources consulting, and operations consulting. Roles framed around generalist advisory without a defined theoretical or technical discipline are less likely to satisfy the specialty occupation standard, so job title and degree alignment both matter when assessing eligibility.
How do I find consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for E-3 visa sponsorship, including consulting roles with New Hampshire employers. Because E-3 requires employer-filed Labor Condition Applications, searching platforms that surface verified sponsorship history saves significant time over applying blindly. On Migrate Mate, you can filter by industry and state to identify consulting firms in Manchester, Nashua, and beyond that have active E-3 hiring records rather than relying on unverified job posting claims.
Are there any state-specific considerations for E-3 consulting sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects compensation structuring conversations with employers but does not change federal E-3 requirements. The state's consulting market is heavily tied to federal defense contracts and healthcare, both sectors where project-based staffing is common. Consultants placed at client sites across state lines should confirm with their employer how the work location is reflected in the Labor Condition Application, since the LCA must cover the actual work location, not just the employer's registered office address.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 consulting jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
