Which consulting companies sponsor E-3 visas in Colorado?
The largest sponsors of consulting E-3 visas in Colorado are the major professional services firms with Denver offices, including Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Mid-sized technology and management consultancies serving Colorado's aerospace, energy, and federal government sectors have also filed E-3 Labor Condition Applications. Sponsorship willingness varies by office, practice group, and current hiring needs, so direct outreach to recruiters is worthwhile.
Which cities in Colorado have the most consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Denver is the clear center of consulting activity in Colorado, home to the regional headquarters of most major professional services firms and a dense concentration of corporate clients. Boulder attracts technology and strategy consultancies tied to its startup and research ecosystem. Colorado Springs has a meaningful consulting market driven by defense and federal government contracts, particularly through firms like Booz Allen Hamilton and Leidos.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
Roles that consistently qualify for E-3 sponsorship in consulting include management consultant, strategy analyst, technology consultant, business analyst, organizational change consultant, and financial advisory specialist. The E-3 requires the position to be a specialty occupation, meaning it must normally require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Generalist roles where any degree field is accepted tend to face more scrutiny in the sponsorship process.
How do I find consulting E-3 sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by visa type, state, and industry to surface consulting roles in Colorado where employers have a documented history of E-3 sponsorship. Because E-3 sponsorship depends on individual employer willingness rather than a formal registry, Migrate Mate's curated job board saves time compared to manually researching which Colorado consulting firms have sponsored E-3 applicants previously.
Are there any Colorado-specific considerations for E-3 consulting sponsorship?
Colorado's consulting market has a notable federal and defense contracting component, particularly around Colorado Springs and the Denver Tech Center. Some federal contract roles carry security clearance requirements that can complicate visa sponsorship, so it's worth confirming clearance eligibility before applying. Colorado also has state-level labor regulations that employers incorporate into the Labor Condition Application process, though the core E-3 requirements remain the same as in any other U.S. state.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 consulting jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
