Required Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or admissions, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to take the initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple issues in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven work environment.
Significant attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience working with diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Accountabilities
Content Development & Enrollment Communications (100%):
Produces new content for admitted student drip campaigns, including what to expect as a Dartmouth student, required forms, and yield-oriented information to drive enrollment.
Produces new email content for enrolling student drip campaigns, including onboarding requirements, what to expect before orientation, and newsletters to keep enrolling students engaged and limit attrition rate.
Produces six content pieces a month, such as: student, alumni, and faculty profiles; career success stories; course and program highlights; and event stories.
Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
