Responsibilities
- Enter orders into the Blue Cherry system via EDI, NuOrder processing, RPA processing, excel upload or manual entry.
- Communicate with the Sales Team to resolve any order issues.
- Process any return requests and create return authorizations.
- Check orders for accuracy.
- Enter/update Customer information in customer master files.
- Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company procedures in the performance of job duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years relevant experience in a similar role
- High adaptability and willingness to step in to support peers during peak periods.
- Data entry experience a plus
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment
- Apparel industry experience preferred
- College graduate preferred; high school diploma or general education degree required.
- Prior experience working with the Blue Cherry order management system is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods.
COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $60,000.00 - 65,000.00
The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
