- Behavioral intelligence and engagement platforms (e.g., activity and content consumption insights)
- HCP data and profiling solutions (e.g., multi-attribute segmentation and targeting)
- Audience products (intent-based, predictive, and modeled audiences)
- Identify opportunities to expand personalization capabilities across channels, use cases, and client segments.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end product development—from concept through launch and iteration.
- Partner with engineering and data science to build scalable, SaaS-based solutions integrated into a broader martech ecosystem.
- Deliver capabilities that enable right message, right channel, right time engagement across digital touchpoints.

- Translate IQVIA’s clinical, behavioral, and engagement data into productized insights and targeting solutions.
- Drive development of:
- Identity resolution and audience building capabilities
- Predictive models and intent signals
- Real-time or near-real-time engagement triggers
- Work closely with data science teams to operationalize advanced analytics into market-ready offerings.
Customer-Centric Product Development
- Engage directly with pharma clients, agencies, and internal commercial teams to:
- Validate product-market fit
- Gather requirements and prioritize features
- Ensure products deliver measurable marketing impact
- Incorporate feedback loops into roadmap decisions and product evolution.
Commercial Performance
- Support go-to-market strategy, including positioning, packaging, and pricing of products.
- Partner with sales and client teams to drive adoption, growth, and retention.
- Track performance against product KPIs such as usage, revenue contribution, and client outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the connective layer across product, engineering, data science, and commercial teams.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Ensure products meet privacy, compliance, and consent standards critical to healthcare data usage.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years in product management, with experience delivering data-driven or platform-based products
Background in one or more of:
- Marketing technology (martech/adtech)
- Data and analytics platforms
- Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries (strongly preferred)
Experience working with:
- Audience segmentation and targeting products
- Behavioral data or digital engagement signals
- AI/ML or predictive modeling (practical application vs theory)
Core Capabilities
- Strong product execution mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving delivery
- Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear product value propositions
- Customer-first thinking with a bias toward measurable outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams
- Strong communication skills, including ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare provider (HCP) engagement or pharma commercialization
- Familiarity with identity resolution, privacy frameworks, and consent-driven data ecosystems
- Experience integrating products with third-party platforms or open ecosystems
How Success is Measured
- Delivery of roadmap milestones and product releases
- Growth in adoption and revenue across assigned portfolio
- Measurable improvement in client engagement outcomes
- Strength of product-market fit and client satisfaction
- Contribution to overall personalization platform innovation
