About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Pricing Analytics, to support Companion, GoodRx's fast-growing subscription program that helps members access highly competitive prescription pricing for a monthly fee. In this role, you will use data to evaluate performance, identify growth and pricing optimization opportunities, and support strategic decision-making for one of GoodRx’s key consumer offerings. A strong analytical foundation is essential, along with the ability to dive deep into data to translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve program performance. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Pricing, Finance, Product, and Data to shape the program.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize Companion pricing to maximize signups and promote favorable program economics.
- Design models to forecast the impact of price changes, considering benchmarks such as subscriber LTV and price elasticity.
- Develop operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor program growth and track results of recommendations.
- Analyze fill patterns to identify key trends, drivers, and areas for pricing intervention.
- Produce ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting on performance, insights, and trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders; 3 years with a Master’s degree
- Advanced SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Dashboarding & data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners by translating data into actionable insights
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Analytics at a technology or healthcare company
- Managing subscription programs

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
