ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent, so serving customers and supporting the community has always been a part of my life.
I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and am proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We proudly support organizations and events throughout the area, including the Buffalo Bisons, the Clarence Youth Baseball League, local charity events, and community fundraisers. We believe in giving back and making a positive impact wherever we can.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, ongoing training and coaching, professional development opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As one of the area's fastest-growing agencies, we are dedicated to helping team members develop their skills and build rewarding long-term careers.
Our culture is supportive, growth-oriented, and driven by a work-hard, play-hard mentality. We celebrate wins together, encourage one another's success, and create an environment where people can thrive both personally and professionally. I'm looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset. If you're motivated, coachable, and excited about building a successful career while being part of a fast-growing team, we'd love to meet you.

What is the prevailing wage for sponsored insurance jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
