Key Responsibilities:

- Generate customer quotes, process sales orders, and assist customers with standard product catalog selections while proactively following up on opportunities to drive sales and close deals.
- Recommend products based on customer needs, site conditions, and project specifications; sell accessories such as posts, gates, hardware, and tools to increase order value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, installers, and dealers.
- Maintain expertise in a wide range of fencing products including wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, and steel fencing.
- Explain differences in materials, grades, finishes, and installation techniques.
- Stay current on product trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Help customers understand local codes or HOA requirements related to fencing (where applicable).
- Work with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of restocking needs.
