ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following;
- Answer incoming calls, emails, texts, etc. in a timely manner
- Handle all incoming equipment service requests ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage equipment preventative maintenance schedules, track & maintain equipment hours
- Issue purchase orders
- Coordinate internal and external transportation of equipment
- Equipment tracking – Equipment Move Logs
- Keep Shop Manager and Division Manager informed of equipment-related issues and repairs
- Maintain, manage and enter relevant vendor relationships
- Assist Shop Manager with repair and maintenance spend analysis
- Assist Shop Manager with repair and maintenance decision making
- Input requests into Tenna and/or manage Tenna requests and other Telematics platforms
- Maintain / Organize Filter & Parts Inventory
- Manage equipment decals
- Manage OnStar Diagnostic issues with Shop Foreman
- Review Shop timecards weekly for accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned
