Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and execution for clubhouse dining, banquets, golf outings, and special events
- Supervise and support line cooks and kitchen staff during service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
- Help manage prep schedules, inventory, and product rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and banquet preparation
- Monitor portion control and minimize food waste
- Support ordering and receiving of food and kitchen supplies
- Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen environment
