Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$95,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
