Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
- Complete and document guest and associate work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
- Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
- Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
