- Collaborate with other hotel departments to communicate important information and ensure a seamless transition to the day shift.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
