Position Overview
Stova is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Account Manager to support the retention and growth of customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages high account volumes with confidence, and approaches client relationships with a value-driven and consultative mindset. The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, while maintaining a high standard of customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth by delivering consistent, measurable value
- Manage a high-volume portfolio through scalable engagement strategies, digital outreach, and marketing automation
- Balance customer advocacy with business objectives to support long-term partnership success
- Maintain deep knowledge of Stova products, features, and positioning to effectively guide customers and identify opportunities
- Accurately forecast renewals, risk, and expansion opportunities on a weekly basis
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, customer success, and a consistently excellent customer experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders by proactively addressing challenges, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption and engagement
Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of account management or renewals experience within the event technology or related industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and retention targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of technical aptitude and comfort communicating semi-technical concepts to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
